Lot's of space for our family, and in a quiet neighborhood. Being from VA, we enjoyed the Gulf water for swimming - 10 minutes away - (even if it was 89 degrees!) for a change. Great vacation."

Our lovely spacious, air conditioned pool home occupies a large corner lot in a quiet residential area of Spring Hill. It is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday but with easy access to Florida's tourist attractions.
The house has 3 bedrooms, the master is ensuite. Roomy lounge/dining area with access to the screened lanai and pool. Fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops. Restaurants, bars and shopping are all close by, and for the more energetic, some are within walking distance! There are several class golf courses in the area including World Woods.
The beaches of Pine Island and Hernando are just 10 minutes away, Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands 45 minutes, Clearwater 55 minutes. Spring Hill has some great shops or there are the malls at Port Richey, Tampa and Clearwater. The wildlife park of Homosassa Springs is just 20 minutes away, Big Cat Rescue 45 minutes. Busch Gardens is just 45 minutes or the theme parks of Orlando 90 minutes. Go fishing, paddle a canoe along the Weeki Wachee river, hire a boat or jet-ski, watch the sunset at Pine Island, something for everyone. So much to see you'll need to come back!
